Took over a week to cremate the body after getting signed approval and already having possession of the body. Promised his personal effects, including the wedding ring and an earing, would be removed before cremation, and also that the ring and earing wouldn't melt anyway. The body was cremated and both the ring and earing are missing. Are they stolen? Are these people just completely inept? We may never know.

Services were done beautifully for my brother. My brother served in the Navy and Air Force and there were unexpected issues that came up with his benefits. James took care of all it so my mom didn’t have too. Forever grateful?

I swear going to a funeral and seeing the family as upset at the funeral home as they are with their loved one dying was the furthest thing from my mind. How can a place be so unprofessional as to let it get that far is beyond me. They won't be handling my bones, that's for certain.
