James Fender is a good man. He is compassionate and professional and the amount of stress he has to deal with from grieving families everyday shows the testament of his character. He remains cool and calm under fire and is professional and reserved. I see a lot of reviews where people are bashing him for this that and the other but my personal experience was nothing but stellar respect and dignity. James and his staff were both compassionate and patient with our family during our darkest time. He buried my daughter with respect and is a class act. James Fender is one of the best directorsMr. Fender becomes heavily involved for his families and works hard to ensure that all the needs of his families are not only met but goes beyond anyones expectations. The Lexington KY community is extremely blessed to have such a man caring for this community. His professionalism is beyond any reproach.
The best of the best. The owner was so helpful and his staff are amazing!!! Went above and beyond with their services. I highly recommend James Fender. Every detail was perfect and the staff stayed at the cemetery and said a prayer. Wonderful and caring group of angels. I am so thankful we had them with us at our time of need.
