They took extremely good care of my boxer when we lost her a few days ago. They were also very, very nice despite the fact that I was nearly hysterical by the point we made it to them. They were able to make me several ceramic paw print keep sakes as well as an ink paw print I plan to make into a tattoo. Know also that if you call ahead of time they'll make special arrangements for you if you want. My sister used them years ago and also had a good experience. My urn and my dogs nameplate are very high quality
