Made appointment online, in and out at the place. Fast and easy... Online needs better information on renewal otherwise real easy. The leestown office is a bit interesting to get into with the construction but otherwise easy to find

I had an excellent experience at the office on Ironworks. The young lady checking me in was super sweet and helpful. They had plenty of staff, moving people thru quickly. I was there on a Friday around 1030 and did not have an appointment. Amber did my vision exam and renewed my license. She was super efficient and friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes total.

I went to the Driver’s License Renewal office on Leestown Road for my Real ID, and I was honestly surprised by how easy and efficient the whole process was. I made an online appointment for 11:00 a.m., arrived about 10:45, and they called me back within 10 minutes. I was completely finished and walking out just a couple minutes after 11, with everything updated for the next eight years. The staff was friendly, the service was smooth, and the hospitality was great. Very impressed.
