This store is a perfect example of how an issue should be handled. Both individuals were professional and explained the situation in detail so that I knew what was happening. A 2nd battery was ordered, they expedited its replacement, and contacted me when it was ready for pickup so I didn't have to make a 3rd trip to the store (I live 35 miles away in another town). Beyond this mishap, the team was also very personable and I felt like a customer and not just a "number". Great overall experience despite the small issue.“
