I had a comforter dry clean the Saturday before Christmas. I asked and was assured it would be back by Christmas. I'm so disappointed now I have to go buy a new comforter. I having a Christmas party.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was told my coat was lost, after 35 minutes they “found” it and the lining of the coat was ripped to shreds.I was told this was my responsibility as the coat was too old - I bought the coat in May of this year.In the end I was told this was my fault not theirs and there was nothing that could be done. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
