Nearly two years ago, I stepped into Crossfit Conductor, and it’s been a game-changer ever since. The community, the coaches, and the owners—everyone here is incredibly supportive and genuinely knowledgeable. What really stands out is the diversity of people I get to work out with; we come from all walks of life, and that’s what makes it so special. If you're on the hunt for a gym to call home, don’t let the word “Crossfit” hold you back from giving this place a try!

Eric Karls is a great instructor and motivator. I had a great 4-day drop in at CrossFit Conductor with Eric and the entire morning class. I look forward to my annual Lexington travels now that I have a CrossFit destination gym!

Had a great time visiting this gym! I dropped in on a Saturday morning and found such a welcoming group of people. The coaching staff encouraged me/helped me with my form, the space was very clean, and I got a great workout in. Definitely recommend this gym!
