I’ve been coming to Club Pilates for just over 2 years. When I started, I was recovering from a torn miniscus. The injury had taken its toll on my balance, my posture and my self esteem. Today my knee is doing well, my posture is better, balance is improving. When last weighed at my doctors office I was told my weight remained the same, however I had lost 6 pounds of fat and had gained 6 pounds in muscle. I’ll take it! I love Pilates. Thank you Katrina, Lindy, Rosie, Rachel and everyone at Club Pilates!

I was given the extra supervision by Lyndsey to complete the session feeling confident to sign up for more classes! I am looking forward to building physical strength and endurance.

Great class this morning! Lindy’s classes are always challenging and fun! She mixes up exercises from class to class and introduces new challenges regularly! I always leave class feeling like I’ve had a good work out!
