This urgent care is care is best one I have ever been to in all of Lexington . Today was actually my second time there. The team is professional, caring, and compassionate. From the girls at the front desk, the nurse that listen to my concerns, to Dr. Henry. Everyone was top notch. It was so nice to be treated like a person and not a number. The environment was calm and soothing. I felt very cared for. Saint Joseph is so lucky to have this team. I will definitely seek care here again when my normal MD is not available. This is such a wonderful service provided for us patients. I am very grateful for the care I received.

From arriving (checking in) to leaving I felt like everyone was interested in my concerns. The nurse and doctor both listened to my issue and resolved it quickly. They took care to ask during the procedure if I was doing alright or had any pain. Great customer service!
