Our tech, Aaron, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel he performed a thorough test of our system the ensure it works properly. We like having Cecli's check our system in the spring and fall to catch problems early so, my problem this time was a surprise. But, failures still happen. I'm glad Cecil's was able to help me so quickly.
June 27th, Michael Williams from Cecil's heating and air came to my house to repair or replace my air conditioner. He determined that the compressor was working, but the blower motor was not turning at the proper speed. The blower motor was extremely hot to touch and was drawing way too much current. Mr. Williams diagnosed a bad bearing in the blower motor. He ordered a new motor and went to pick it up from a parts distribution. Brought it back and attached mounting brackets to reinstall it back into the system. It would not go. They had given him the wrong motor. The parts distribution brought the proper motor to my house. I’ve used Cecil’s Heating and Air Conditioning since moving to Lexington. They installed a gas line to my fireplace and outdoor grille. True professionals that show up right on time and get the job done right the first time. Their associate Charlie M is a master of his craft and a true gentleman. Highly recommend!
