Amazing, perfection, couldn’t be happier!! Carrie and her team are the BEST! I could have never even seen what I’d wind up with in my home and zero doubt it’d be perfect….I would trust I’d be more than pleased with anything they do! From customer service, promptness, reliability, quality work, etc etc etc. What we’ve done has made the biggest difference…my home is way homier, warmer, colorful and happy!

Lindsay was fantastic when advising us on different types of rugs to fit our living room area. We’re in the process of getting rugs to fill our home and we had a previous rug that was an absolute nightmare from another retailer that was shedding constantly. Thankfully, that rug is gone and we now have the rug we purchased from here with the help of Lindsay. She was kind and helpful with advice to help narrow down our selections and we got a rug that we absolutely love! We will be back to pick a few more rugs to finish out our home and can’t wait to interact with Lindsay again. We've used Carrie and her team for SO many new rugs and carpeting in both our home and in my partner's business! I'm always excited to work with Carrie directly as she gets my style and is always willing to provide excellent recommendations on what she thinks would look best. Pricing is excellent and there's a range of products for any project you may be working on. Aside from that, the turn around time on install and delivery is really second to none and I am always impressed with how quickly we're able to complete a project thanks to Carrie and the folks at Carpet One.
