Bone Dry replaced some gutters and downspouts for me. Their work crew arrived on time and did a great job, despite the fact that they had to work through inclement weather. There was a glitch in the color of a couple of pieces, but they were back on site in a couple days and took care of it. I am very pleased with their work and plan on using them again when roofing or gutter work needs to be done.
I am a repeat customer. I most recently had chimney repair work to fix a leak. The work on the chimney included a new cap stone, new flashing, and the addition of a cricket. Everyone was helpful and polite. So far everything seems to be holding, but I am feeling very assured that they will always make good on their work by following up as necessary.
Bone dry has always done a great job.
My roof had some shingles that needed repair/replaced (probably from wind damage) that was found during a roof inspection. They got me an estimate quickly. The work was done with photos and it looks like new.
The only small issue I had was communication. After I digitally signed the estimate I never did hear when the work was going to be done and thus had to reach out to find out.
