I have no adequate words to express the genuine care, respect and professionalism I received from John and Bluegrass Chem-dry. He arrived on time, explained the procedure, not just to clean my carpets but the process for allergen care to best avoid asthma flair-ups I will heed his advice and I highly-highly recommend this company! If you are dealing with the struggle of getting rid of the smell of cat urine in carpeting where it doesn’t belong, call chem-dry immediately!My roommate and I have two cats, one of which was dastardly enough to start peeing in a separate room neither of us go into very much.
