I'm somewhat confused about the old reviews here as I thought this facility was fairly new. I recently had a procedure here and everyone from the nursing staff to the Doctor and anesthetist were top notch. They were all friendly and courteous, overall one of the best experiences I have ever had at a medical facility.
I had ankle surgery 02/27/24, everyone was nice and helpful except for 1 particular recovery nurse who was rude and disrespectful. Coming to after surgery in the recovery room I was asking for by saying my friends name (voice was Hoarse and low), when I seen/heard the nurse say “stop saying that, we have other patients here!, you sound un sense able!” I then asked for doctor Hamilton and she yelled “he’s in surgery! Less than 5 minutes later doctor Hamilton came by my bedside to talk with me. Finally another nurse asked her to take a lunch break. Drowsy or not I do remember everything when I am being mistreated and a complaint will be completed on this nurse.
Their Top of the line customer service along with amazing situational awareness allowed Them to go out of their way to get our family into their appointment in a timely and expedient manner!This is our second time here, and trust them with any further appointments if needed!I would recommend this professional team to anyone in need of any surgical care that they may provide!AWESOME JOB GUYS!
