Terrible experience here. Not only was the staff rude and unhelpful, but I later discovered they charged my insurance for services I didn’t even receive! Completely dishonest and unethical – they hid the extra charges and billed my insurance for no reason. I’ll never be back and would recommend others to avoid this place.

I love this place. It's the best service. Friendliest staff. They go out of their way to make your day and get you the right glasses. They're amazing.!!!!! Only place I get glasses at they're always right and they're always friendly!!

This was my first time handling everything as a full-fledged adult, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. From scheduling the appointment to the eye exam, trying on frames, and the final fitting, every step was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone—and I mean everyone—showcased professionalism, optimism, and true care and concern.
Dr. Yates conducted a thorough exam, taking the time to explain every detail with kindness and expertise. Mamie was an absolute gem when it came to choosing my glasses. With a petite face, I’ve often been given unflattering frames that constantly slipped off. But Mamie took her time to find the perfect pair for me (we even picked out the cutest pair from the tween section!), and she went above and beyond to explore the best options for covering my contacts.
I truly appreciated the care and attention I received, which made me feel like a long-time friend than merely a client. I can’t wait to return for my future visits—they’ve definitely found a dedicated customer in me.

I had an amazing experience here, Dr. Yates did my eye exam and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. Mamie helped check me out and everything with the frames, it was also very affordable even without insurance! Will definitely recommend and stick with them.

Really had a great experience today getting an eye exam. From entering the door until my exit, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Yates did a thorough exam and explaining my exam. Very kind and caring. Mamie helped me pick out my eye glasses and was exceptional. Very patient and took her time with me. She even stayed later for me to help. I couldn't have ask for any better. Thank you all so much for the positive experience and welcoming atmosphere.
