Advanced Skin and vein is the top medspa in lexington! Dr Sara is the best! he has done a PDO threadlift for me and botox and varicose vein removal,and multiple facials and fillers! I've been going to Dr. Sara for over ten years, routinely. He is extremely talented and a professional. I won't let anyone else tell me how to treat my skin. He's amazing. Maddie is also one of the most compassionate and gifted people who work in his office. Together they make a great team!
