Donny from Ace Plumbing was outstanding. He helped us move our water main shutoff valve to a much more accessible location, relocated an outdoor hose bib, and secured another one. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He clearly explained the work, walked us through the process, and made sure we understood our options. Donny was recommended on Reddit by a few people, so I gave him a call about my issue. He was VERY helpful on the phone. He explained a lot of things to me, which I really appreciated. Understanding what's going on in my home aside, I enjoy learning new things. I could tell he's both passionate and knowledgeable. He also seems like a chill dude.
