I had her put navy blue streaks underneath my hair, but she accidentally bleached the wrong section of my hair ? then when she tried to fix it She put the wrong shade of brown. she also put a green/teal Blue color in my hair when I wanted Navy Blue, But I think it was just a miss understanding. other than that she was great. I went back the next day and she fixed it with no charge, she was really nice and understanding about it! Now i have no blonde hair and no green/blue hair I have dark blue hair!“
