Majors did 2 showers, vanity tops, kitchen countertops and backsplash for us. Everything is perfect.

I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I feel like Vlad is my little secret. I am so pleased with all his work that I have to give him the recognition he deserves. Where do I even start. Vlad has done a number of projects for us and everything he has done has been top notch. He made our master closet, refinished our kitchen cabinets, remodeled our basement, laid hardwood flooring on our main floor, painted the exterior of our house, and is currently outside putting a fence around our property. He shows up on time, works hard (and when I say works hard, he’s one of the hardest workers I know), gives you a fair and honest price, and completes your job on time. What more could you want in a contractor. Not only is he a good contractor but he is also a great person. He has brought over many family and friends from Ukraine, housed them, feeds them, and given them all jobs. I mean can this man get any better. At the end of the day I do hire vlad to do work for us, but I now consider him a friend. He truly is a one in a million find. Don’t think twice about hiring him, he’s amazing. I’ve hired Ivan and Paul a couple of times. Once for Sheetrock install and paint in a kitchen/dining room remodel and another to install flooring in the entire downstairs of our home. Went today and got a half sleeve done. Ken took awesome care off me. You name it and theses guys can do it. It doesn't get any more professional than it does with theses guys. Very comfortable environment to be in while getting anything you want done. They make you feel welcome. Also can't beat the price for the kind of work you get. Great job from start to finish. Prather Tree Service came out to give me an estimate the same day that I called. Prather's quote was very similar to another tree service.The task was to remove 3 limbs that were 1 ft in diameter from an orange osage. One limb had grown into my neighbor's yard and was going to crush their fence. The tree branches were damaging my garage roof and they were growing into the utility lines. Prather is accredited to work with utlility lines. They carefully removed those branches. They removed the limb that was crushing my neighbor's fence piece by piece. I also had Prather remove some branches from other trees that were hanging so low, that I couldn't mow under them.My neighbor's fence is undamaged. I don't have to worry about my garage roof anymore. And I can walk under my other trees. I am very pleased.Lexington customer
