From my first visit to Major’s showroom, I felt listened to. I had driven down from Nicholasville, and I was very nervous, but I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in, from the first person I saw, to everyone involved in making sure I found exactly what I wanted. To say I struggle making decisions is putting it mildly, but with Major’s knowledge, experience, and caring - I wound up with exactly what I wanted and I’m so in love with my countertops!!! I’d been to other places that literally just made me feel like I was interrupting their day, and I’d left feeling very frustrated, but Major’s is family owned and it shows. Each and every person I spoke with were eager to help, from the front office to the warehouse. They even gladly moved slabs so I could compare. Then the crew came to install at my home, and they were equally friendly and professional! From start to finish - I can’t recommend Major’s Granite highly enough. VL Finishes updated our kitchen and did a fabulous job. Vlad, it’s not only very skilled, but he is also a great human being. He had some wonderful suggestions for how we could update our pantry and built the beautiful vent. He also painted everything. His plumber, electrician and his suggestion for replacing our countertop and backsplash. Everyone involved in our kitchen update was courteous and punctual. Robbie was phenomenal. I can not recommend him enough. Our realtor gave us Robbie’s name as she has worked with him in the past and spoke very highly of him. Everything she said was absolutely true. Robbie was extremely thorough and thoughtful, he walked us through every step of the inspection and gave us brutal honestly. As someone who was buying their first home Robbie was beyond patient with us. He was highly knowledgeable about everything he spoke to us about. If I were to describe Robbie in 5 words I would say thorough, detail-oriented, patient, professional, and customer centered. Went today and got a half sleeve done. Ken took awesome care off me. You name it and theses guys can do it. It doesn't get any more professional than it does with theses guys. Very comfortable environment to be in while getting anything you want done. They make you feel welcome. Also can't beat the price for the kind of work you get.
