We were told about Mr Sandless from some friends when they knew we were considering replacing our engineered wood floor. In the end, we decided not to replace our floor, but instead get it refinished by Mr Sandless instead. We are very glad we made that decision because it looks great and the service was awesome. We even asked them to come back a second time for an additional coat on high traffic areas and they were very pleasant doing so with no extra charge.
Kelly, who arranged the appointment and gave us the quote and then Colby, who was the lead on the actual job, were awesome to work with and super friendly and accommodating.
My experience having my hardwood floors refinished was exceptional. It was a tough job as there was a thick layer of carpet glue that had to be removed in order to properly finish the floors. Cory took the time to ensure they were done right. The results were truly gorgeous!
When our remodel timeline changed suddenly, Kelly was able to work her magic and get us scheduled the next week. The crew showed up on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, and were always professional. The work was absolutely top notch! Our floors are stunning now. Kyle and James clearly knew what they were doing, and gave us tips and advice for keeping our floors looking amazing.
