We were told about Mr Sandless from some friends when they knew we were considering replacing our engineered wood floor. In the end, we decided not to replace our floor, but instead get it refinished by Mr Sandless instead. We are very glad we made that decision because it looks great and the service was awesome. We even asked them to come back a second time for an additional coat on high traffic areas and they were very pleasant doing so with no extra charge.
Kelly, who arranged the appointment and gave us the quote and then Colby, who was the lead on the actual job, were awesome to work with and super friendly and accommodating.
