They were using a brand-new software system and were very apologetic for any minor delays, making sure I was comfortable as they worked out the kinks. The hygienist gave me a thorough tour of the office and introduced me to the doctor before starting any procedures. I appreciated seeing the personal photos, which added a personal touch to the office's rich history. It's clear that the hygienist has been dedicated to this practice and the provider for decades.
