“Very professional environment. I know this is a place to review but I have sleep apnea and I was on a cpap machine last year and then the recall came out from Phillips and ever since then I have had trouble getting a new cpap machine from J and L home health here in Georgetown. I went in a few months back to said establishment and told the young lady that I needed to exchange my old cpap machine for a new one to which she said there was a waiting list for the new ones and didn’t offer to put me on the waiting list. The re-supply division of J and L home health keeps calling me but I don’t have a cpap machine for them to resupply what I need. They are very unprofessional with this matter. Thanks for your time“
