“Dr. Williams and his team is the best! It's like a small town doctor but through the VA. The health care side is great. The mental health side is lacking they have never had a caring compassionate psychologist. I hate the mental health care here but love the medical side. Mr. Kirby is amazing as well he is the LPN for medication management on the mental health care side. The front desk seems indifferent they are pretty unfriendly and don't seem to really care about much.“

“The stafe, nurses and Dr. Hackman at the Berea Primary clinic seem like family ti me. They have always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. They actually care about you no matter how much money you have. Dr. Hackman has helped through some difficult times and she has always taken the time to answer all my questions. I can't say enough good things about this group of people, they make going to the doctor pleasant.“
