What I didn’t expect were the additional benefits. I tore my meniscus in my left knee and a ligament in my left ankle years ago. I had noticed my feet starting to turn outward and difficulty walking, especially on stairs or uneven terrain. After a few adjustments, my feet have returned to a normal position, my gait has improved, and walking up stairs is comfortable again. I’m excited to go hiking this weekend to see how much better it feels!
