Chiropractic care was never in my radar until just the past couple years because I heard a couple of my coworkers briefly mention they see a chiropractor. I kept putting it off though. I've always had aches and pains but more recently severe neck pain. I just kept living with the pain. I saw a Facebook special and that made me decide to finally check it out. There were X-rays and scans to show the severity of my issues. It all made sense. Align your spine was a blessing to me. When I retired in 2016 my back was in so much pain that I was having trouble walking and losing my balance. After x-rays Dr. Socha informed me that I had a neck injury that was more serious than my back. After treatment for a couple of months I began to improve and was feeling much better. AYS also gave me individual physical therapy exercises to do at home or an exercise facility. I’ve tried several different methods of care over the years for my back issues but have had the best results with Align Your Spine, specifically Dr. Socha. I’ve experienced my highest amount of relief since becoming a patient. Dr. Socha is knowledgeable and thorough. The staff if also very nice and helpful.
