“In June, we wanted to get a 2nd opinion on our little guys health so we made an appointment here after hearing very positive reviews regarding this clinic. From the first visit, you can sense a high level of compassion, knowledge and support from the entire staff here. This is not your normal metal exam table clinic. Everyone involved in this clinic not only wants your 4 legged family member to feel comfortable, but the rooms are designed to bring a sense of comfort to us as well. They definately take the fear out of these appointments to get down to the patient's level (literally on the floor) to do the exam. The following day, we received a text asking how our little guy was doing after his visit. Our little dude is 13 and we saw the same vet for 13 years and never was there any kind of followup on how he was. Just to know there is so much care from the staff to want to know how he is doing means a lot to us. There are so many vet locations in NKY, but since that first visit, we felt we finally had some answers and a plan to get him on the right track. We moved all his records over to this clinic as what they have done so far has been amazing! Dr. Smith your staff is amazing so thank you“

“Amazing!!! We have a diabetic dog who was diagnosed march 2023. In that time we've been to SIX other vets trying to get his blood sugar under control and, in the last year, seizures too. We decided to give Noah's Ark a try about 6 weeks ago. We've taken our dogs there here and there as walk ins over the years and never had a bad experience. But we're beyond impressed with the care given to our diabetic dog! Dr. Tate is the first vet to actually call US to tell us to adjust insulin because she proactively looks at his numbers- we shared the link with her. Before we were always the ones calling, begging for advice and how to adjust insulin and felt like we were inconveniencing them (at the other vet offices).
She also researched foods- which was huge for us because we couldn't find one that wasn't full of carbs AND didn't contain rosemary extract- which we realized was the cause of his seizures. He's FINALLY in the green with his numbers after all this time, weening off seizure meds, and just on a great path forward!
We also took our other dog there last week because he couldn't walk. They sent out a ton of people to try to help my 100lb boy out of our truck and took such good care of him. Thanks to Dr Liga, my 8 year old baby boy is running around like the puppy he is again!
