I absolutely love PetVet365 and wouldn’t take my two cats anywhere else. They are a fear-free facility and you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. There’s no waiting room, which means no added stress between pets — you’re escorted straight into an exam room on arrival. The rooms themselves are thoughtfully designed for each animal, with separate cat and dog rooms, and instead of cold exam tables, the space feels like a cozy living room — from the couch to the calming music, both the animal and their owner, feel invited, safe, calm, and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to keep pets calm and comfortable. What I appreciate most is that they never force treatment if a pet is too stressed that day. They truly respect animals and prioritize their emotional well-being. If you’re looking for a compassionate, low-stress, genuinely pet-centered vet, I can’t recommend PetVet365 enough.
In June, we wanted to get a 2nd opinion on our little guys health so we made an appointment here after hearing very positive reviews regarding this clinic. From the first visit, you can sense a high level of compassion, knowledge and support from the entire staff here. This is not your normal metal exam table clinic. Everyone involved in this clinic not only wants your 4 legged family member to feel comfortable, but the rooms are designed to bring a sense of comfort to us as well. They definately take the fear out of these appointments to get down to the patient's level (literally on the floor) to do the exam. The following day, we received a text asking how our little guy was doing after his visit. Our little dude is 13 and we saw the same vet for 13 years and never was there any kind of followup on how he was. Just to know there is so much care from the staff to want to know how he is doing means a lot to us. There are so many vet locations in NKY, but since that first visit, we felt we finally had some answers and a plan to get him on the right track.
