Good company that is easy to work with. Response times are good and they have always been able to get someone on site within 24 hours. The technician Chris has been great . He is thorough and clearly explains what is going on. He has been a pleasure to work with.
The technician, Michael Lokey, went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable about the current problem and future status of my ac unit. He was able to repair my unit and then informed me of some future options to consider.
I am so grateful to have found One Choice Mechanical! We came back home from a few days travel to find our house temperature over 10 degrees warmer than we normally have it. I reached out to OCM via their online form last night and was so pleased to have a rep reach out to me shortly thereafter. We were able to get on the books this morning, and they were communicative at every stage. Our rep Michael was friendly, funny, and thorough, helping me understand every step of the process of our AC repair.
