“Dr. Pfaehler and staff are truly amazing! We have been taking our pets to another clinic for over 25 years, and decided to go to Erlanger Veterinary Hospital for a second opinion for our kitty. We were welcomed with smiles from the moment we walked in until the time we left. Dr Pfaehler was phenomenal:knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. He addressed all our concerns and issues with patience and understanding. The office followed up with emails and phone calls in order to see how our kitty was doing. It is very obvious that everyone at this veterinary hospital really love and care about animals. We feel very blessed that our kitten is in their care. “This corner vet offers a personal experience. Their are 2 exam rooms and they are not very big. I was unsure of the level of care they could offer just based on their space available but after meeting with the Dr and the staff on multiple occasions, i soon came to appreciate their expertise and dilligence to their work.All of our 4 pets have been seen at this location for going on 3 years now. Sadly, i had to ask them to put to sleep one of my cats and as i was overcome with terrible grief the Dr assured me that it was the right time. This experience that i can now talk about left me grateful that i chose this location. As hard as it is to take a loving pets life, i can say this vet does not take it lightly and provided me with a personal experience that i will never forget. I for one could never be a vet due to performing the unpleasntries, but if i had, i can say it would be similar to the way this vet would operate.RIPSassy“

“I want to thank the staff at Animal Eye Institute of Northern Kentucky in Florence, Kentucky for their professional care and comfort of my dads dog, Moe. They removed cataracts from both eyes. “This veterinary clinic provides exceptional services. I felt very at home, did not have a long wait, and my cat felt at ease very easily at this clinic. They took very good care of Marlow. When my cat needed ear mite medicine very early on they quickly provided her with medicine. When my cat was fixed and I noticed that she was scratching at her scar they provided me with a cone at very short notice. Marlow is growing into a wonderful kitty and I cannot thank these guys enough for providing great services at an affordable price!“
