I have been training with the help of Aaron for a little under three months now. First, I’m a full time active duty soldier and a mom so time is an essence for me. I called Olympus Training one day and spoke to Aaron, I let him know what I was doing and let him know I was frustrated that I was not losing anything after working so hard for months. I even told Aaron that I feel guilty when I eat an Oreo, his response to me was “you poor soul, please have an Oreo,” but where I’m getting at is that I just needed a bit of guidance in my workouts from changing my routine and he helped tremendously. Olympus Training is the best gym I’ve ever worked out at. The atmosphere is fantastic, motivating, and feels like a REAL gym. I’ve been going to Olympus on and off for about 3 years now. Aaron (the owner and Personal Trainer) has been the most inspiring and understanding coach. He has worked with me and my crazy life/school/work schedule and been a huge supporter for me as well. He offers open gym, 1 on 1 personal training, and even offers workout plans/diet help if you’re just looking for that. If you’re looking for a gym where you will get results, be motivated, and make lifelong friends then Olympus Training is for you.

I've been going to Olympus for 7 years now and it is the best gym I have ever been apart of. The coaching is fantastic, as Aaron can tailor it to you and meet your personal needs. No matter your personal goals, Aaron can help you meet them. I highly recommend this gym and its coaching.
