BLUF: This gym is awesome. I have been a member for almost one year and I love it. The workouts are fun and challenging. Workouts can be modified to each individual to achieve the desired stimulus. Levi and Charity are awesome, they provide great one on one guidance and motivation. Also, can't forget about Nate, he is an excellent coach and makes working out enjoyable.

This gym is amazing. You have outstanding people. Levi, charity and Nate I have been a member for almost a year and in that time I have not only lost weight but my health has improved. They make you feel confident in yourself and Modify training to fit your needs. Through this gym I have come to better understand what cross fit is. If you are looking for a gym that cares about your health and you want to meet some good people then I would highly recommend this gym ?️‍♀️
