I had such a wonderful experience at NTouch Spa for my hair appointment. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was friendly and professional, and my stylist, Michelle, really listened to what I wanted. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and loving my hair! This was my first time getting both a haircut and hair coloring done at Ntouch, and I had such a wonderful experience. AARON was amazing throughout the entire process. He really listened to what I wanted, understood my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable with every step.

What I appreciated the most was that he not only listened carefully but also gave honest suggestions about what would suit me better and how we could make the final look even nicer. I never felt rushed or ignored, and the whole experience felt very personalized.
