Very friendly staff, got a very warm welcome. My barber was very friendly and kind, wish I would of got her name. Been there several times in the past and have no complaints at all. Refuse to return to Radcliff great Clipps due to bad customer service.
Went in super nervous, as I was taking off A LOT of hair, and walked out ecstatic!! Lanette is a hair goddess and transformed my dry, dead, unappealing hair into the best cut I have ever had in my life!! It feels so healthy, too!! She is the best hairdresser I have ever had, and I am grateful to have been in her chair!! I'll be bringing in the rest of the fam bam, and will be requesting her! If you want a phenomenal cut by a talented and knowledgeable hairdresser, Lanette is the one you need!!
I've been going to Great Clips for several years and been satisfied. Kari is especially good although she is a district manager and moves around to different shops I have been able to find her.
