I was honestly pretty nervous about bringing in my Burberry trench coat for cleaning, so I called ahead and maybe asked way too many questions. I probably sounded like a customer you wouldn’t want to have honestly. Sherry was incredible — so patient, kind, and reassuring the entire time.

I just picked up my coat and it looks absolutely brand new. They removed the big stain I brought it in for and even took care of a few smaller ones I didn’t mention.
