My cleaner Josh Lee went above and beyond he cleaned both of my couches while I wasn’t home. I left him there to drop off my mom at work came back an hour later he was still going strong cleaning. Walked through my apartment rooms sprayed it with air freshener smells like a brand new apartment I recommend everybody to ask for Josh if you use these services. He will take care of you.That’s a promise.
We've been using this Braxton's location regularly for my husbands business shirt dry cleaning for the past year, and we have been very happy with their service. Fast and reliable: drop off today and pick up after 4 PM the next business day. We've never had a problem with their service, and the people who work there are always very nice. The location is convenient, and there are few designated parking spots directly in front of their door which makes it easy for drop off and pick up inside. You can also use their drive-through window and never need to step out of your car.Side note: recently, nearly every time I pick up or drop off our dry cleaning, I now stop in for a cookie, cupcake, or hand pie at the cute bakery that just opened up next door to this Braxton's location!)Their website has not been updated to reflect their current hours , which are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM, closed on Sundays (today's date is December 10, 2022)
Rick and Jason did a very thorough job. They cleaned every square inch of my couch at least twice. When they arrived they asked me about “trouble areas”, and made sure to pay close attention to it. If the couch isn’t clean after that, I’ll just need a new couch.The office team communicated well with me on scheduling. They didn’t have the requested Saturday but quickly found something that worked with my schedule. .
