New to the area, Tide Cleaners came highly recommended by a neighbor.
Having retired from the hospitality service (hotels and restaurants) I am very familiar with customer service.
The ladies I interacted with were what I always tried to achieve while I was working and hoped my staff did as well. From the first visit dropping off to picking up my items they were welcoming, personable and professional. Sending me text to inform me when they were ready for pick-up.
I now know why they were so highly recommended. I've already relayed my wonderful experience with some friends and other neighbors.
Used this service twice, both times had exceptional service regarding customer service. I am so happy they were able to get the stains out of my white jersey and the dress I had laundered was pressed so nicely!
Very reliable & Clean place. Super Organized. I dropped my Rocker chair cushion cover off and got it back several days sooner than expected. My experience was very pleasant. Thank you Widmers! I will be coming back for my dry cleaning Needs.
