Five stars for the LA Fitness on Buttermilk Parkway in Kentucky! The racquetball group here is fantastic—welcoming, competitive, and always a great time on the courts. The gym itself is rarely overcrowded, which makes workouts smooth and enjoyable. Equipment is well maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. If you’re looking for a clean gym with a strong racquetball community and a relaxed atmosphere, this location is definitely worth checking out.
I've been a long time LA fitness member and generally I find the clubs to be in good condition. I regularly visit the other Cincinnati locations as well as in Indy and Chicago. This is by a long shot the most neglected/outdated of the chain that I have been too. Its got old decor package, smelly loccer room carpet, even the the TV's and the treadmills all seem much older than any other LA fitness I've been to. With that said, the weight machines worked well and the shower pressure was great. I would return if in the area but would not go out of my way to visit this location. Great Gym, Pretty Clean only packed during the 5pm-8pm hours which is normal for any gym. Only issue with esporta is sometimes machines will be down/broken for multiple days in a row. Stuff is constantly needing fix and there not the fastest with getting the equipment fixed.
