I absolutely LOVE going to yoga classes at Embra! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and professional and I can honestly say that I feel better than I have in decades- DECADES! Physically, mentally, emotionally- across the spectrum-I feel like a different person than before I found Embra in August of this year. It’s hard to believe that I have only been attending classes there for a little over 3 months bc so much has changed in such a short amount of time. I feel younger and I have so much energy, I sleep better, I show up better in my relationships bc I feel much healthier and just more- myself. Embra is a great place to restart or grow your practice! The teachers are knowledgeable and have unique styles, so every class is a new experience. I always recommend Embra to anyone who wants to add yoga to their routine.

Today was my first day back in a hot yoga studio in over a year, first time ever at Embra, and first time ever in a class taught by Mer. If I could give you guys more stars, I would! Everyone was fantastic and kind, and the practice was just absolutely gorgeous. I would’ve stayed for a second class if Mer was teaching another! Can’t wait to be back ????‍♀️
