This is a great team. I changed to this Cold Spring location due to a scheduling conflict and stayed because this staff has been so helpful for our family. Dr. Center, Courtney, Julie, Angel, and Daisy are all professional, friendly, and helpful.
Definitely the best eye care place I have been, and oven been to at least 4 in the area. It was a great experience from the get go. After scheduling my appointment, I received a few calls from the super nice and friendly staff about issues with my insurance and they were so helpful and polite. Then when I walked in I was greeted right away and all the staff were so friendly and the doctor was thorough. Courtney did the checkout process and she was awesome, she actually helped me pick out glasses which no one has ever done for me before, picking go out styles that would fit my face best. As a former optician, I am extremely impressed with this company’s attention to detail and workmanship. Getting many referrals from ophthalmologists gave me added confidence in their ability to have the ability to fit me properly and having past experience in the business confirmed my belief that I had made the best decision in taking my ophthalmologist’s recommendation.
The whole staff is wonderful and Courtney was patient and helpful with my four selections. The price is extremely reasonable that I was able to buy four pairs.
