I truly want to commend Hatch and his business for the exceptional service they continue to provide. Hatch did a great job putting in our tankless water heater. We had an issue with it a bit over a year later. It took some time to get it fixed but he bent Over backwards fighting with the warranty people. He went above and beyond to make it right. He was already busy but fit me in to get my hot water back going.I definitely would go back again. Thanks again hatch.
