Ryan and his crew are 12/10! Ryan came out to bid our roof and was there every step from tear off to putting on our new roof. You don’t get that from other companies! He and his crew worked very hard and carefully throughout the entire job. They picked up the old shingles as they went and at the end of the job went over our yard with a fine toothed comb to make sure there were no more tiny scraps and nails left around the outside of our home. They carry themselves professionally and do some of the best work I have seen from any home improvement crew. There was no hidden charges or fees from their original bid. If you’re looking to support a hometown family owned small business give them a call!

I truly want to commend Hatch and his business for the exceptional service they continue to provide. I reached out to him on a Sunday about roots in my pipe, and he immediately assured me that someone from his crew would come out Monday to take care of the issue. Throughout Monday, he called multiple times to keep me updated, explaining that a large job had been delayed due to contractor complications and his team being tied up. Even though he couldn’t make it out that day, he made sure I was never left wondering what was going on.
He promised to be at my property first thing Tuesday morning—and he kept his word. He called again that morning with an exact arrival time of 8:30 AM, and he showed up right on schedule. Within just 30 minutes, Hatch had the root problem resolved, and the cost was extremely reasonable.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, communication, and quality of work. This is the third time I’ve worked with him over the past year and a half for different issues on my property, and every experience has been consistent, timely updates, honest pricing, and service that feels personal. The guys came out and fixed a problem for me that I honestly though might not be fixable. I had a leak in the system causing my unit not to cool the house. I have an older unit but it is running better that I can ever remember. Would highly recommend to everyone needing heating and air work done.
