Mr. Phelps was very thorough and dedailed which included many pictures as well as a quick verbal run down after. Along with descriptions of what was found, was explanations for how to fix, and recommendations for someone to repair if not a diyer.

Dennis is so thorough and professional and a heck of a nice guy! We liked him so much when he inspected our home that we are selling, that we hired him to inspect our new home that we are buying. He was so busy that we could not get him to inspect our in- between home and it was a major difference with another company. Will only use and recommend Mr. Phelps.
