Mr. Phelps was very thorough in his inspection. He sent a report afterwards that included pictures as well as comments and suggestions on things that needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone who needed his services.

Dennis is a knowledgeable and professional individual. My wife and I were moving to this area from out of town and didn't know anyone or have any connections. Dennis was truthful, kind, and extremely helpful for much more than just our home inspection.Thank you for a great experience!!
