They wouldn’t let me attend the inspection and missed all kinds of things. Blatant, obvious things like loose vinyl tile flooring, broken tile floor, cracks in the ceiling, old electrical wiring needing replacement or review and the list goes on. Would not recommend.
Would not recommend. Major issues overlooked, didn't notice, or I don't know what. After purchase of home, attempted with text and phone calls to have come out for a reinspection after seller did repairs, and I was decidedly ignored. When I finally figured out I wasn't being called back or responded to intentionally, I gave up. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I would do your research before hand.
