“This was my first time here. I was an hour late for my appointment and Rooster took care of me 1000% I had a lot that needed to be done. She explained everything we "might" be able to get done given my tardiness. I showed her a picture of what I was thinking and she did the whole process to a T. She was so sweet, polite and positive the entire time. It's rare when you find someone who is truly passionate and loves what they do.
