Making improvements and upgrading the equipment is ALWAYS good for the clientele. As well as Plenty of space and carts make sure you aren't in there long. Efficiency and quality are my main takeaways from my experience.
Used to be a really nice clean laundry. There are 66 washers but only 33 working. 70 dryers and 61 working. Not sure if they are in process of replacing old smaller units, those are the primary ones not working. Gets very crowded on weekends.
I came on the 5th of April. I had a nice experience. They have updated the washers. The music was jamming. The place was very clean and so was the restroom. I must say the guy that came for the late shift was rude.
