I have used Mike and Jason for nearly the 25 years I have lived in Louisville. They have replaced several systems for me and I shopped them each time. Safe, reliable, straightforward and trustworthy are just a few terms that come to mind. Like most HVAC companies, they sell and service particular brands because they have grown to know and trust those companies. Like themselves, they deal with hard working middle-priced units and they have worked great for me. They don't sell Lexus or Acura, but if you want a reliable Honda or Toyota, they got what you need. They also don't oversell. They are happy to talk options over with you including repair vs. replace. Good luck!!

Wow, calling for someone to come out and check your Air Conditioner or heater is a frightening experience. There are so many shyster crooks out there in that business. Lucky for me my neighbor referred me to All Hours ! They came out the same day I called about my A/C The tech filled my A/C with Freon and my bill was 1/2 of what other companies said they were going to charge me and it was working great when he finished. The tech seemed to have deep knowledge of heating and Air Conditioning and he wasn't trying to hustle me for new equipment or some expensive regular service plan. I got a good sense of trust with these guys, very fair with their charges too.
