Picked up a malware virus. Scott did a restore (overnight) and threw in a virus protection to prevent a repeat. Showed me a history of my confidential log-ins which I thought I had deleted. This is the go-to guy for all computer problems.

I brought in a gaming laptop that was having slow boot up problems. Before I brought here, I had taken my laptop to a different repair shop. At that time my problem was worse as my laptop couldn't boot at all and all that other repair shop "fixed" that problem, but the boot up was extremely slow. So I decided to bring my laptop to The Computer Guys. The experience I had with The Computer Guys vs the other repair shop was like night and day. In this day and age, it's nice to see businesses like this still around.Great service, more than reasonable pricing, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and work done in a timely fashion.Went above and beyond to fix issues my computer was having. Highly, Highly recommend.Thanks Computer Guys! :)
