ISTT is always there to save the day when we have IT issues arise! And if it’s during business hours, they prioritize getting our point of sale machines and software back up and running so we can operate! It’s a relief to have them monitoring our network for any malicious activity and have our data backed up securely. Highly recommend their services!

OK longwinded, but I'm TOTALLY PLEASED with ISTT service.I work in radio ( I started with vinyl 33s & 45s, and reel to reel tape editing) ...I'm not computer illiterate, but I am more of a user, so when something goes wonky, or acts weird... OR DOESN'T WORK AT ALL ... my programming skills ... well, sometimes can cause more problems. So, I put a ticket in with ISTT; and they're pretty fast at getting back with me, (even it it's not a HIGH PRIORITY - I didn't break it, but I need it to work ASAP - they are faster on those).They cover all of our services, phones & computers, and do it with professional but friendly attitude(never had a "oh good grief it's HIM again" comment...read full review
